Gary Baumgartner - President
Ryan Prindiville - VP, Marketing & Business Development
Tony Giannini - Vice President, Sales

Gary Baumgartner - President
Gary joined Caffè Classico Foods in November, 2007. Gary has 30(+) years of Fortune 50 retail management experience at Safeway, Inc. where his last role was Group Vice President. He also served as Senior Vice President at Bare Escentuals, Inc. (consumer packaged goods) and First Data Corporation (financial services). Gary was most recently the President of Think Solutions LLC, a management consulting firm focused primarily on retail and consumer packaged goods industries in addition to acquisitions and mergers.

Ryan Prindiville - Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Ryan joined Caffè Classico Foods in November 2007 after three years at NBC Universal (a General Electric subsidiary), where his last role was Vice President, Supply Chain in the consumer packaged goods arena. Previously, Ryan was an internal management consultant at NBCU (working mainly in retail and consumer package goods), and was certified as a Lean / Six Sigma Master Black Belt, after leading process improvement projects across the company. Prior to his time at NBCU, Ryan spent seven years at Safeway Inc. in a variety of roles at the Fortune 50 retailer. Ryan has an Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Tony Giannini - Vice President, Sales
Tony has over 25 years of consumer products experience with manufacturers such as Nestle Beverage, Monterey Pasta Company, and most recently as President of Everything Metal Imaginable. His broad experience includes building relationships with major grocery chains, club stores, mass merchandisers, and drug and convenience stores throughout North America, including many national restaurant chains and food service distributors. In addition, Tony was primarily responsible for building Monterey Pasta Company into the second largest fresh pasta company in the country in four years. At Everything Metal Imaginable, he increased the size of that business by four fold, becoming the largest consumer bronze foundry in the country.

Larry Leser - Chief Financial Officer
Larry has 25 years of financial management experience with both private and public companies. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer at Mozzarella Fresca Inc. - a high growth (25% CAGR), number two market share, U.S. manufacturer of mozzarella cheese. Prior to that he was Controller at MSC Pinole Point Steel and General Chemical's Electronic Chemical business. Larry has a Masters of Business Administration from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Denver.

Ken Weis - Director of Operations
Ken Weis joined Caffè Classico Foods in May 2002 after nearly 20 years in the ice cream industry. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for R&D of new flavors, managing the plant, overseeing packaging and maintaining quality control. Ken grew up in the industry and is proud to have never had a job that did not involve ice cream. He has held a variety of operations positions at several major ice-cream companies, including Edy's/Dreyer's. Ken earned his Bachelor's from the University of California, Berkeley.
